Thriving in Menopause with Dr Ginni Mansberg
Event Information
About this Event
In our first #DropEvent for the year, we’ll be joined by the vibrant Dr Ginni Mansberg - GP and author of ‘The M Word: How to Thrive in Menopause’ - to delve into the symptoms of menopause, hot flushes, what happens to your body once key hormones begin to diminish and ways to exercise your brain.
Perimenopause and menopause can span several years - Dr Ginni will share evidence-based facts and personal anecdotes so you can feel empowered and informed through this natural hormonal shift and make the best choices for your health. We look forward to answering your questions on menopause and how you can tackle the M-word head on and with humour!
