Description

You’re invited to join us at the THRIVE Australia Challenge Pitch Night in Melbourne on Thursday, 13 February from 5.00pm at the Victorian Innovation Hub, Docklands. A collaboration between SVG Ventures, CSIRO and the Victorian Government, this event will be hosted by LaunchVic and officially opened by the Victorian Minister for Agriculture, Jaclyn Symes.

Joining the event will be Australian-based AgTech start-ups and science teams who will pitch their business idea to a panel of judges with the chance to participate in this year’s THRIVE Accelerator taking place virtually with select visits to Silicon Valley. The event will see 3 Australian teams fast-tracked into the THRIVE VI Accelerator program, culminating with a pitch at the renowned Forbes AgTech Summit in June 2020.

The Victorian Government and CSIRO are pleased to be partnering with SVG Ventures to support the program, with Susan Lucas-Conwell, Executive VP of CSIRO US joining the panel of judges alongside John Hartnett, CEO & Founder SVG Ventures-THRIVE.
