Why Thrive at Work
The work we do in the Community Services sector to support our most vulnerable people is vital to society. Our sector relies on compassionate, dedicated people like yourself who continuously go above and beyond the call of duty. Because we care so deeply about other people, our own care and wellbeing is often our last priority.
But as we know, we cannot support others if we don't also support ourselves.
With demand on our workforce ever increasing, the wellbeing of our people can no longer sit at the edges of organisational priorities. Thrive at Work was designed to bring our sector together to reimagine what is possible.Thriving workplaces do not happen by accident. They are created with intention, clarity and action. This is your chance to step into a new standard of organisational wellbeing, professional excellence and community impact.
