**FEMALES ONLY** To the...'THINK WELL, FEEL WELL, ACT WELL' Workshop!

We hope you will have a wonderful time and learn a lot about engaging in numerous strategies to optimise your ability to FEEL GOOD, physically and emotionally!

HOW DO WE 'THINK WELL, FEEL WELL so we can ACT WELL'?

INDUCING THE NATURAL RELEASE OF 'FEEL GOOD' NEUROTRANSMITTERS CONSISTENTLY

Strategies such as Music, Movement, Meditation, Mirth, Mantra's, Aromatherapy and Meals all release these 'feel good' chemicals such as Serotonin, GABA, Endorphins and Dopamine! These are all fantastic emotion regulation strategies too!

PRACTICING PATTERNS OF HEALTHY SELF TALK CONSCIOUSLY AND CONSISTENTLY.

The conversations you have with yourself have a direct impact on how you feel and how you behave. If your self-talk is filled with self -doubt, harsh criticism, and catastrophic predictions, you'll struggle to feel great, reach your goals and impact others. Remember 'toxic' thoughts produce toxic chemicals. 'tonic' thoughts produce tonic chemicals within the body. Learn to make 'healthy' thought based decisions rather than 'unhealthy' emotion based decisions.
