Event description

Description

Collaboration is more than just working well with others. It’s about being motivated to work with different people, seeking to understand different points of view and taking input from others. Research is finding that the next competitive edge is going to come from diversity of thought, which starts with our desire to collaborate with others. This starts with being able to step outside your workplace and network to work with other teams/employees in different organisations, locations, states or countries.

Are you ready to elevate your skills around collaboration?

This Think Tank discussion we’ll provide practical strategies for building and driving connection.

We’ll unpack:

  • The 5 Myths of Collaboration
  • Barriers to collaboration
  • The principles and motivators of good collaboration
  • Creating an environment for diversity of thinking
