Introductory Price - Limited time only!
Learn the secrets to folding dumplings and blending the perfect curry paste, all in a small group setting. Working together in small groups, you will create recipes from the following menu.
The menu features:
Vegetable spring rolls
San bei ji (three cup chicken)
Tom yum goong soup (gf)
Thai green curry paste (veg, gf)
Thai green chicken curry (gf)
Korean barbecue chicken with rice
Dim sum ‘shao mai’ (dumplings)
Vietnamese jackfruit rice paper rolls (veg)
Prawn wontons with peanut sauce
Xian rou bao Zi (steamed pork buns)
Ca phe trung (egg coffee) (gf)
Lychee sorbet (veg, gf)
At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy the feast you created!
You’ll also receive the recipes from the class, so that you can recreate them at home.
Please note:
Our Hands-on cooking classes are only suitable for Participants aged 18 years and over.
Closed in shoes must be worn.

During this small, intimate class you will get hands on experience with Thermomix recipes, learn tips and tricks when using your Thermomix and take part in skill sharing demonstrations.
