Event description

Description

Light in the Shire Spiritist Group's Therapeutic meetings programme explores the Science and Philosophy principles of Spiritism as codified by Allan Kardec. It is aimed at providing confort & inspiration for a Spiritual Awakening and Self-Enlightenment to better humanity in knowledge and love by improving ourselves.

"Spiritism is a science which deals with the nature, origin and destiny of Spirits, as well as their relationship with the corporeal world."

"Spiritism reveals what we are; where we came from; where we are going; what is the objective of our existence; and what is the reason for pain and suffering.

This therapeutic talk will cover the topic '' Forgive & Heal"

According to the website greatergood.berkeley.edu, "psychologists generally define forgiveness as a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness."

We'll be hosting a short opening meditation prior to the talk, and a short ending meditation after the talk

There are limited places in each session.

Places will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please register your interest as soon as possible.

All Spiritist activities are free of charge and administrated by volunteers. Contributions are welcome.

If you are interested in getting to know more about Spiritism, as an expression of interest to join our monthly meetings & future study programmes, feel free to contact us through our e-mail address: lightintheshire@gmail.com

Peace be with you,

Light in the Shire Spiritist Group
