This writing workshop is suitable for adults 16+.
Every good story needs plot, character, setting and The Big Idea, which is what will make your story stand out. This two-hour session will focus on coming up with the big idea for your story, as well as beginning the process of turning all elements of plot, character, setting and the big idea into a finished piece.
If you wonder where inspiration comes from, how to use that inspiration in a story and how to develop suitable characters, join local author Kaaron Warren for the first in a series of monthly writing workshops run in partnership with the ACT Writers Centre.
All workshops in this series are suitable for new and emerging writers.
