Take some time out for you and join a group of like-minded women to be a part of this fabulous day.

Hosted by Lifestyle Coach and mountain bike trail blazer, Amanda Ewin from The Lilac Lounge, you’ll get heaps of tools to make more time in your life for the fun stuff, learn how to use (or enhance) your practice of mindfulness and meditation and get tips on how to nourish yourself with more than just food.

You’ll be treated to a day of self-nourishment, with food full of deliciousness and info you can action straight away.

In the arvo, join Jackie Nicholls from Cracker Jack Paddle Sports and take part in SUP boarding on the foreshore.

When you’re not SUP boarding, there’ll be fun activities to do on the beach, getting hands on with the info you learnt in the morning.
