Event description

Description

The Urban Developer’s Residential Development Summit is the ultimate one-day download of the latest research, expert perspective, case studies and site tours for residential property developers and professionals.

This exclusive 100-member only summit will explore the fundamental supply and demand dynamics of the high-density, medium-density and greenfield land markets within each of our three host cities - Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

By drawing upon the perspective of leading developers within these markets, the summit will also identify the key issues facing the residential development industry over the coming years.

Individual sessions relating to the high-density unit market, greenfield land market and the boutique owner-occupier market will provide specific context and analysis of each of these sub-markets.

The summit will put a spotlight on the key players taking advantage of market corrections, project strategies for developing in a challenging environment, the impact of financing and new funding models, shifting development site values and changing buyer profiles.

The event will conclude with an afternoon of interactive site tours from award-winning developers within each of the cities.

This is a unique opportunity for a select group of developers and professionals to come together and develop a deeper understanding of the major forces shaping the residential development sector into the immediate future.
