The Urban Developer's Commercial Real Estate Summit
Event Information
Description
The Urban Developer’s Commercial Real Estate summit brings together key players from the sector for an intensive day of research, opinion, case studies and networking.
Hosted in the award-winning 271 Spring Street building, the event will kick off with the latest research underpinning the office market, including occupier demand, existing and new supply levels, investment activity, deal structures and more.
The event will explore both the landlord’s and the tenant’s perspective through interactive panel discussions with several of the industry’s leading owners and agents, respectively.
Through the power of case studies, attendees will learn directly from the market-making projects and transactions from across the country. These case studies will explore projects from the ground up - development, design, construction, leasing, financing and more.
A moderated panel of experts will also reveal how wellness, culture, performance and diversity are embraced through the design of modern, flexible workplaces.
And finally, we will explore the future of the workplace through the disruptive technologies and innovations that are shaping the commercial real estate sector.
The event will conclude with a networking event that brings it all home.
This is a unique opportunity for landlords, developers, agents and professionals within the commercial real estate sector to come together and develop a deeper understanding of the major forces shaping the future of work.
