Injured, frustrated, over it! Do you want to move well and feel good? Don’t let the fear of getting injured stop you! Come and join us for our wellness workshop run by our Osteopath, Chelsey, rehabilitation specialist Tracey and Yoga/Pilates instructor Sarah.

In this workshop we will be looking at how to get the better of back and pelvic pain. We will discuss core activation and its importance in relation to incontinence. We will talk about the importance of spinal posture and give you some tips on how to improve the way you move.
