The Science of Personal Transformation with Craig Harper
Sat. 10 December 2016, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm AEDT
If you’re like many, then you’re a multi-dimensional physical, emotional, psychological, creative, social creature trying to find your purpose, explore your passion, understand your emotions, face your fears, manage your mind, use your potential, live your values and navigate the highs and lows of life here on the big blue ball.
Like the rest of us, you have good and bad days. Peaks and troughs of motivation. Moments of brilliance and stupidity. Strengths and weaknesses. Gifts and flaws. Welcome to the world’s biggest club. The truth is we all want to do better. With our health. Our career. Relationships. Communication. Choices. Behaviours. Mindset. Emotions. Fears. Habits. Results. Life. We all want to be that new-and-improved version of us but where to start?
In this three-hour interactive workshop, Exercise Scientist Craig Harper will share the lessons, insights, truths and strategies that he has gleaned from thirty-five years of working in the trenches of personal transformation. Since the early eighties Craig has been helping companies, sporting teams, prison inmates, addicts, alcoholics and members of the general public transform their thinking, habits, bodies, behaviour, culture, outcomes and experiential reality. He has spoken to thousands of audiences in numerous countries, worked with tens of thousands of individuals and spoken to millions of people via his work in the media. If you’re tired of the bullshit and you’re genuinely ready to change your life, this is an experience not to be missed.
Who should come?
(1) Anyone wanting to change something (or things) about their current reality and (2) professionals wanting to help others do the same.
