Meet the producers Basil & Jean from Fourjay Farms with Paolo & Kelly Picarazzi of regional Italian locanda , Antica Australis in the historic village of Carcoar.
Paolo will be serving up a four course hazelnut inspired menu, including Antica Australis' hazelnut risotto as well as a main dish of beef sirloin with a hazelnut and coffee sauce. The event also stars Antica's famous blue cheese gelato.
Glass of See Saw Wines prosecco on arrival.
$130 per person, including filtered table water. Local organic wine available for purchase.
Please note that Carcoar is a 45 minute drive from Orange. Transport is available on request for an additional charge.
