Over 55s:

All you need is a curious mind in which to open to an exploration and experience of the evidence based benefits of mindfulness. In this series of 8 classes, you will be gently guided through internal reflections and mindful movement, as you become familiar with the formal practices that open the door to interweaving the benefits of mindfulness throughout your day to day life. Chairs, mats and blankets are provided, however, please bring cushions or pillows for your own comfort.
