Join Josh for an evening to learn and share the ancient practice of conscious breathing known as Pranayama. Oxygenate your soul and connect your mind and body. A daily conscious breathing practice, a form of meditation and mindfulness will help to heal the body. Breathing practices will improve your sport performance , general wellbeing and all aspects of your life.
