Yes. This session is designed specifically for people who are self-aware but still repeating the same patterns. Insight alone is not transformation. We focus on behavioural interruption, not just understanding.

No. Sharing is optional.
All exercises are personal reflection based. You are encouraged to participate, but you will never be forced to disclose anything you are uncomfortable sharing.
