Event description

Description

Come and learn how Courage, Connection, and Compassion practice can help you build stronger and more effective relationships with yourself and others.

This 4-week workshop will teach participants the art of living a connected and compassionate life, which requires
enormous courage (which you already have).
Together, we will create a warm and engaging space for sharing wisdom, deepening connection, and cultivating compassion and insight. We’ll explore what it means to live a courageous, connected and compassionate life.

This workshop draws upon the book Daring Greatly: How the Courage to be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent by Brené Brown Ph.D. and The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself: Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff, Ph.D.

Tuesdays from 7 August to 28 August, 6.15pm to 7.45pm.
