As we arrive in the holiday season — a time when life feels full, yet the body craves stillness — you’ll be guided into deep rest through a gentle tapestry of sound, breath and rest. This is an immersive moment to soften the edges of the year, to let the busyness melt away and to return to yourself with spaciousness and ease.
Imagine gentle ambient soundscapes weaving through the room — the warm resonance of crystal bowls, chimes and live instruments settling your nervous system, while soft Yin postures ease tension from the body. The live sound bath will carry you into a state of deep rest, inviting your whole being to soften, release and reset — like a long exhale you didn’t realise you were holding.
This experience is more than relaxation; it’s a quiet rebalancing of body, mind and energy. A sanctuary to slow down, reconnect inward, and gather yourself before stepping into the year ahead with clarity, intention and renewed softness. You’ll be held in spacious, supported Yin shapes while therapeutic sound and subtle essential oils infuse the space, guiding you deeper into presence.

• Multi-layered soundscape of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, rainsticks, chimes and more

No prior experience is needed—this is a space to simply receive.
