THE PARLOR @Bellbird hotel

In 1923 at the Bellbird Colliery in the Hunter Valley a disastrous underground explosion happened which lead to flames and toxic gasses filling the tunnels and instantly killing twenty-one men.

Today in this peaceful mining town still stands the Bellbird Hotel, looking and feeling pretty much like it did back in 1923 not only in appearance and character but in spirit as well. The Bellbird may look like a typical historic grand old Aussie Pub built in 1914 - but it’s what’s inside…..

Some believe that a few of these miners still live here today and their presence have been blunt and obvious. Could this be the explanation of several reported cases of Paranormal Activity by guest and staff?

Unexplained Paranormal behaviour has been seen, felt and heard by many in this hotel. So we welcome you to join GHOST HUNTERS AUSTRALIA to investigate and find out more about who and whom is haunting this historic hotel and why?

This investigation will be conducted in different areas of the hotel as we have access the original PARLOR room – SAMPLE room aka The Cigar BAR - The COMMERCIAL Room. These rooms are the perfect environment for silent vigils, table tipping and the Ouija board.

We start our night with a meal in the bistro where you can meet the GHA team and your fellow Ghost Hunters. We then break out into groups and begin our investigations after a period of time we all will re group and debrief.

7.30pm Join the GHA Table for a bistro meal at your own expense

8.30pm Our investigation begins in the many rooms within the hotel

10.00pm Start to end up our sessions

10.30pm All come back together to debrief the nights events

11.00pm Investigation Ends
