The 2021 International Women’s Day Youth Leadership Award Program recognizing youth leaders for over 20 years that have demonstrated a strive for excellence, commitment to self improvement and supporting those around, determination in their vision, all of which are strong leadership qualities. Along with this it is important to acknowledge young women who inspire others with their resilience, integrity and humanity to make the world a better place. 2020 was a challenging year for many and in 2021 we will recognize the incredible young women rising above adversity and leading the way through these challenging times to be more inclusive, compassionate and kind, seeing all abilities, and taking away the barriers for young women of today to be the most empathic, thoughtful and insightful leaders of tomorrow.

Awards breakfast will be enjoyed as inspirational and passionate leaders of today share their insights with the leaders of tomorrow. Youth Acknowledgements presented and Mentor Panel QA after breakfast for youth to ask questions to the panelists.

Supporters of the youth will be there as Table Mentors to connect with the young women and also share their success tips.
