Coming in hot with her second studio album, 'NINETEEN', Kora Naughton is proving herself an artist to watch.

Featuring her hit singles, 'Speechless', 'My Heart to Break', 'Lay Down & Die' and most recently, 'Lap Around The Sun', Naughton describes the album as coming straight from the heart.

"NINETEEN is all about delivering you guys a little piece of my heart on a platter. My teenage years have been filled with excitement, love and happiness, and somewhere in amongst that, a struggle to find out who I want to be and where that person fits into this crazy world. As my teenage years come to an end, this album signifies the end of an era, the beginning of a new one, and a way to look back at this stage of my life without regrets (minus a few hangovers which were definitely regretful)."

Despite the covid-19 pandemic, Naughton recorded the 13 track album with highly acclaimed producers, Rod Motbey (Tracking Dog Studios), Matt Fell (Love Hz Studios), Michael Carpenter (Love Hz Studios) and Shane Nicholson (Sound Hole Studio), saying she wouldn't have had it any other way.

"[They are all] such incredibly talented producers and to work with each of them was an absolute pleasure. They each have their own qualities and techniques that makes their music unique, and I think, having worked with all of them, it gives this album its own unique edge and allows each individual song to stand on its own merits and shine. "

NINETEEN is due for release on March 19.
