San Francisco, California, USA
London, United Kingdom
Building a marketing driven, customer oriented organisation
The NDIS is a major reform for the disability sector, offering people with disabilities a choice of services and providers for the first time and promoting a paradigm shift for service providers.
Results of the NDIS Provider Toolkit, identified that Marketing has taken over from Costing & Pricings as the area of least readiness, for organisations preparing for the NDIS, and organisations that are not adopting a client-centric marketing model risk being left behind.
The School for Social Entrepreneurs program supports organisations grappling with some of the challenges and opportunities the NDIS reforms present.
The 6 day program will explore:
- Block 1 (Mon 5th & Tues 6th Sept) - The market opportunity and your organisation
- Block 2 (Tues 4th & Wed 5th October) - Customer engagement, collaborations, brand positioning and Innovation
- Block 3 (Mon 7th & Tues 8th November) – Leading change in a time of uncertainty
The sessions will include high calibre not-for-profit, government, social enterprise and corporate speakers, learning from the NSW trial sites and showcase best practice approaches from within the disability sector.
Participants will leave with practical tools, insights and connections that can directly benefit their organisations.
