Description

*WORKSHOP NOW FULL*

Register for the waiting list here.

This workshop unpacks the neuroscience of conflict. You will learn what prompts positive and negative behaviours in people, including how to encourage the former and avoid the latter.

You will gain insights into the impact of stress on our bodies and brains, and how they interact to affect our behaviour.

You’ll leave equipped with tools to recognise people’s ‘trigger’ points (including your own) and we’ll also touch on the importance of self-care so that you can ensure you can keep a cool, rational head at all times - no matter how heated the exchange.

This workshop is packed full of fascinating information for working in conflict situations, and is a must for anyone working with people, be they clients or colleagues.
