Hi, I’m Nathan Meola.
When I was 18 years old I weighed almost 250kgs.
I started dieting as a child but it felt like each diet I went on would make me gain weight, not lose it.
My self-esteem was non existent and when I looked in the mirror I hated the person staring back at me. This forced me put on an act for everyone, afraid that If I were to truly be myself people who see what I saw - An ugly, broken, and worthless boy that couldn’t be loved.
I ate compulsively, sometimes going on binges that could last for hours, leaving me feeling sick, ashamed, and guilty. Eventually I gave up and decided that the world would be better off without me so I made the choice to eat myself into the grave.
Pulling myself out of that deep, dark depression was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life and the next 8 years would be a true rollercoaster of struggle and triumph which included:
Failed weight loss surgery
Being rejected from The Biggest Loser
A debilitating back injury and dependency on prescription painkillers
Going to a weight loss retreat
Training at a Muay Thai camp in Thailand
Climbing a mountain in Brazil
Winning a state title in Jiu Jitsu
I am now a weight loss coach with a mission to use my story and the lessons I learnt along the way to inspire others to make changes in their lives that they previously thought were impossible.
This seminar will the be the first time i’ve ever told my story in full and it’s my hope to reach as many people as possible.
Diets are making you fatter
Since you first started dieting you’ve been trapped in a vicious cycle of restriction and relapse which has caused:

The weight loss industry doesn’t want to help you
The weight loss industry is very good at telling you want you want to hear and making you buy billions of dollars worth of products and programs.
The only problem is - they don’t work.
There is a way to lose weight that doesn’t involve pills, shakes, or meal replacements and I want to show you how.
Weightloss shouldn’t be hard
You’ve been conditioned to believe that weight loss is hard, painful, and miserable.
It’s like the only way to lose weight is to lock yourself up in a prison cell, chained up, eating rations. You have to grit your teeth and do your time before coming out the other side where you’ll be free and can finally be happy.
As long as this is your view of weight loss you will always struggle.
I will teach you how easy weight loss can be once you stop waging war against your body and start working with it towards a common goal.
