How to reduce the risk of Post-natal depression for both parents and what to do if you become concerned.
Common fears and concerns that new parents experience in regard to caring for their new baby, breastfeeding, attachment and sleep. (and anything else that might be on your mind).
The importance of the '4th Trimester' for the emotional health of you, your baby and your whole family and what you can do to create a wonderful bubble of love and protection round your family while you blossom in to motherhood.
Pregnancy, labour and birth are such wonderful and important times but sometimes we forget about the new family you are creating and the importance of that first year of any new baby's life. When a baby is born so is a mother and the early weeks and months of parenting can be a blur. Attending this workshop will help you to create a beautiful blur!
