Self-awareness rarely gets spoken of in the Health & Image industry, right?
It's all about dieting & exercise but there's so much more to Weightloss! It's not complex either, once I teach you all I know about self-image, self concepts and self awareness and how these can help you achieve your desired weight, you'll find everything you want is achievable.
I could make this a 3-minute event and just tell you one thing:

I can't believe it's Spring already and I really don't want you going through the next three months anxious about your Summer outfits (and bathers!), your weight or how you look.
The self-image work i do will have you looking and feeling your best in no time.
In the three hours we have together I will be going through the 3 Top Tips I have to get you experiencing and showing off the body you want for this Summer. This doesn't have to take 12 months - really it's as quick as a couple of months.
The most crucial part of this event is that I will be teaching about Self-Awareness and how this really can be the best thing you can do for yourself to have you feeling GREAT again.
I will give you diet tips, with 10 years in the Nutrition field, I can definitely assist you with this and you'll leave with a diet plan that you can start reaping the benefits of - if you need extra time please see me at the end of the workshop, i'll be in no rush to leave and i rally want to help you as best i can.
I will also give some Style & Self Image tips to get you dressing authentically - no more wardrobe disasters and clothes ending up all over your room! I will show you how you can avoid this. Who want to spend sunday mornings hanging clothes, anyway!?
