-Overview –

It all starts with the simple question: WHY?

In 2009, entrepreneur Simon Sinek started a movement to help people become more inspired at work. This movement transformed into a New York Times best selling book: Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action. Simon has passed his knowledge through inspiring Ted Talks, some of which have risen to the most-watched talks of all time on TED.com.

The fundamental question, which Sinek invites people to ask themselves is: Why are some people and organisations more innovative, influential and profitable than others? People like Richard Branson, Naomi Simpson, and Mike-Cannon Brookes have little in common, but they all started with a WHY: something that motivated them to pursue their dreams and follow the path to success.

Many people in positions of success have realised that they’re most productive when they understand the intent behind what they do.

What’s Your WHY?

To help you answer this very simple, yet fundamental question, is Australian creativity and innovation expert Christina Gerakiteys. Christina liaises with Simon Sinek’s teams in Canada and New York, testing their programs and workshops on retreats and focus groups.

During this workshop, Christina will help entrepreneurs, leaders in business, or anyone with an idea they would like to test, to reach their potential and discover the true meaning behind what they do.

Everything I do is about ensuring you reach your potential,” says Christine. “We will workshop strategies that will inspire you to set your goals high, determine the actions you need to reach them, and build a great team and client base along the way. And what’s more, it’s all based in science and research.”

Join Christina for a three-part workshop to understand the origins and purpose of asking WHY, unpack your own story and experiences, and finally discover the impact of asking WHY and what it will have on your personal and professional development.
