The Impact of You is a structured workshop designed to help you make sense of your experiences and turn them into something useful.

The Impact of You is a structured workshop designed to help you make sense of your experiences and turn them into something useful: for yourself, your relationships, your work, or your community.

Across three hours, you’ll work through a co-designed process that includes:

• Impact Mapping – identifying the key moments, patterns, and strengths that have shaped you
• Small Impact Circles – practical discussions with others who “get it”
• The Impact Identity Framework – defining what you stand for and how your story informs your direction
• Your Personal Impact Pathway – a simple, actionable plan for what comes next

This workshop is designed for people who have walked through something hard like adversity, trauma, loss, major life change, identity shifts and want to do something constructive with what they’ve learned.

You’ll leave with:
• a clearer understanding of your story
• a documented personal impact map
• your next steps outlined in a usable Impact Pathway
• and the confidence to use your experience with purpose

Your story brought you here. This workshop helps you decide where it can take you next.

Includes: workbook, reflection tools, refreshments + afternoon tea
