Description

NDIS and Aged Care now have consumers whom are paying for services from their own packages or funds. Being able to effectively manage complaints is an important skill for all in the sector. Participants should be able to make a complaint this means accessibility to make a complaint, acknowledged, have complaint assessed and resolved, have the resolution explained and documented. The importance of complaint accessibility on the organisations website and how managing complaints competently can mitigate risk to the organisation and how these complaints can be used as a continuous improvement opportunity.
