The Hotel School will host a free HSC Revision Clinic on Thursday, 4th October.

This will be a great opportunity to get your head around what you will need to know to succeed in this year's HSC!

Agenda for the day:

Morning tea and registration 10am to 10:30am

Introduction with an HSC expert 10:30am to 10:45am

Revision Tips, Hospitality Subjects:

• Session One: Food Hygiene 10:45am to 11:30am
  

• Session Two: Workplace Safety 11:30am to 12:15pm

Lunch: 12:15pm to 12:45pm

• Session 3: Working in the Hospitality Industry 12:45pm to 1:30pm
  

• Session 4: Workshop, The Ideal HSC Student 1:30pm to 2:15pm
  

Day concludes

This will be an amazing opportunity to get some 'tips & tricks' with some of the leading experts in the field.
