Welcome to The Haunted Mansion (Thundercrack!) To all you lovers of the paranormal, one of the most magnificent and majestic old world buildings ‘Woodlands of Marburg’, circa 1890 is an historic Mansion and its grounds are rich with history and tales of its previous owners and other-worldly visitors. The 130 year old Mansion is allegedly haunted by the ghosts of its original owners as well as some priests who passed away within the Mansion after it was turned into a Seminary in 1945. Many locals tell of legends of spirits, including one former servant at the Mansion, who was pushed to her death down the master staircase. A ghost of a young child, Billy has been seen running around the first floor. Mrs Smith has also been sighted on several occasions looking out over the property from the master bedroom. Staff often share their reluctance to venture upstairs or down into the cellar, as they frequently have the feeling of being watched and on several occasions when closing up for the night, have seen the fleeting shadow of a figure going up the staircase. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of this event

***CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: All cancellations from 30 days prior to the event will not be refunded. Payment will become a Donation to the Location, due to money being already sent through to management and overhead costs incurred due to preparation of numbers for the night.

- PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES ON BOOKING.(For meal or supper events only)

- 16 + AGE REQUIREMENT ONLY

- Must bring and use a torch at all times whilst moving throughout the property.

- Comfortable fully enclosed footwear to be worn at all times during the event.

- if rain or storms are expected or possible? Please bring umbrellas or raincoats.

- Full respect of the property and all buildings and fittings must be shown at all times as any damages made by you will be paid for by you. Any theft/ souvenir taking will be treated as theft and you WILL be prosecuted.

- No alcohol OR illicit drugs to be bought onto the property

- Any persons thought to be intoxicated or affected by any substance on arrival will be denied entry and NO REFUND will be granted.

- Smoking in designated areas only

- Respect for all people at the event will be given at ALL TIMES otherwise removal by police will be enacted if necessary with NO REFUND granted.

-We DO NOT cancel events due to rain or storms. We only cancel events if there are any extreme or severe weather outcomes. We will give you the option of rain checking for another date or full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible should any cancellation of the event be necessary.
