About this event
We invite you to join us as we welcome guest speaker, Pastor Cain Hartigan.
Pastor Cain Hartigan is the bush chaplain for the Cunnamulla, Burke and Wills Patrol, run by The Downs Presbytery in partnership with Frontier Services. The patrol covers 450 000 square kilometres in southwest Queensland, with the eastern boundary from Mt Tabor to Bollon, extending west to Bedourie and south to Cameron Corner.
Frontier Services stands with graziers in linking skilled volunteers with property owners and farmers; on the ground across mining sites with practical, pastoral, and spiritual care; and 'show up at the gate' to address issues of mental health amongst farmers and communities alike.
Afterwards, we will fire up the BBQ and help raise some much needed funds for the continuation of work in these communities. This year, our farmers need you more than ever!
Cost is $10 per person to be paid on the day at the door.
