About this Event
An introduction to Vinyasa Yoga, integrating movement, alignment and breath work. Suitable for beginners to advanced yogis. We create a safe space that helps connect the mind and body. Focus on breath work, body synchronicity and meditation. Explore and nourish your inner and outer self.

5.30-6.30pm Tuesdays
Where?
The FremantleMind Inc. Hub @ 3 Beach Street, Fremantle
What to bring?
An open mind, heart and attitude are essential. A water bottle is highly recommended. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
Yoga mats and props (as required) are supplied. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each session to ensure the safety of all attendees.
How much?
Free to the local community. Spaces are limited so please register your attendance with a free ticket to avoid disappointment.
