About this event

Join us at “The Future of Music Sounds Different” for an afternoon of fascinating talks and innovative music performances on May 27th at AIM Sydney. A VIVID Festival event, “The Future of Music Sounds Different” is an opportunity to discover the future of the music industry and the cutting edge of music tech.

Our forward-thinking panel of speakers includes:

  • Simon Cahill, SVP Commercial, Audience & Media (Warner Music Group)
  • Alli Galloway, Head of Audience & Creative (Jaxsta Music)
  • Stephen Hunt, Co-Founder & COO (Music Health)
  • Tristonne Forbes, Co-Founder (iHUB Music Industry Accelerator)

Exploring everything from Virtual Reality to Artificial Intelligence to the cutting edge of mental health technology, “The Future of Music Sounds Different” shines a light on where the industry is heading next, and the creatives who are leading us there. The event will conclude on AIM’s Sydney Harbour-facing rooftop, with incredible views of the opening night of the VIVID Festival.

This event is presented by the Australian Institute of Music and AIM’s iHUB, the only music startup incubator and accelerator in the southern hemisphere.
