Sponsors: Hall & Wilcox, Women in Fintech, Stone & Chalk

About the event:

Women in Fintech, Stone & Chalk and Hall & Wilcox are pleased to partner with Fintech Australia to bring you this breakfast event as part of the Intersekt Festival 2019.

We will explore the future of Fintech and whether the start-up and scale-up projects will be the future of the fintech industry or will the growth in the sector be led by the corporations and financial institutions?

Join us for a panel discussion where we can discuss the future of Fintech with some leading women in the industry. Hall & Wilcox will also launch their Spotlight on Women in Start-ups Report, which follows their survey for female founders and women in start-ups.

Speakers:
  • MC: Karen Cohen, Women in Fintech Program, Stone & Chalk
  • Host presentation: Jacqui Barrett, Partner, Hall & Wilcox, will launch the Hall & Wilcox Spotlight on Women in Start-ups Report. Jacqui will talk about Hall & Wilcox’s work with women in start-ups, why they undertook a survey to understand how we can better support women in start-ups, and the recommendations made in their Report.

Panel:
  • Moderator: Jasmine Koh, Hall & Wilcox
  • Jessica Ellerm, Co-Founder and CEO, Zuper
  • Katrina Donaghy, Founder and CEO, Civic Ledger
  • Shira Levine, Community and Marketing Pioneer

Light breakfast will also be served, this event is free for Intersekt attendees.
