The Future is Food. What better way to learn about it than hear from a panel of experts and startups while eating incredible food and guzzling down the best beer in the world?!

TwoSpace at The Kitchen Hub is now open, and to celebrate we’re hosting a launch party at the space on Thursday the 26th of April!

Join us for a finger licking night where you’ll be able to hear from and mingle with like-minded startups, foodies, freelancers while soaking in the Kitchen Hub's retro & chic industrial style. They also have a great rooftop where we will host the panel talk... our team at TwoSpace have dubbed this rooftop the "Muffin Top." Just don't tell Petko or Sukey!

Will there be sponsored food and drinks? What kind of question is that when the theme is Food!? CHEFIN' will be doing gorgeous canapes throughout the night and Young Henrys will be serving the best beer and cider in the galaxy.

TwoSpace, Academy Xi & CHEFIN' are hosting this awesome panel of expers whose experiences range from running accelerators helping startups, veterean chefs, food tech startup founders, nutritionists and food waste fixers. They’ll be talking to us about their personal and professional journeys in this space while also sharing their insight on the future of food and hospitality.

Here are your Panelists!

  • Slingshot - Karen Lawson is CEO and Head Slingshotter. A Slingshot Accelerator brings Corporates together with world class disruptive Startups and entrepreneurs who are building innovative, market changing technology and products. Some great examples include their accelerator programs with Lion and Qantas helping food tech startups. Karen also has a passion for food being a food and hospitality blogger! So she can bring some awesome insights as the CEO of Slingshot but also a foodie.
  • UFOODI - Natalie Hong is the CEO and Founder of UFOODI. Her mission is centred around stopping food waste BEFORE it gets into the food cycle. UFOODI is a food Technology Platform and App that is bringing together restaurants and consumers to enrich Food Choice and reduce Food Waste in Australia. Nat also was the original head of operations at the lifestyle brand and restaurant THR1VE. Nat has a passion for health eating, nutrition, obviously food waste and can also deadlift 120kg... which was achieved through healthy eating, nutrition and not wasting food.
  • CHEFIN' - Petko Petkov as CEO aims to (re)connect the world by empowering Chefs to create unique & unforgettable dining experiences and spreading the love of food! Our online booking platform provides you with the most convenient way to access personalised experiences for your event whether it be at at home or work. His love for food is unrivaled. "I once saw Petko eat 4 desserts at a CHEFIN' private dining experience." Tashi Dorjee CEO of TwoSpace.
  • Founder & Chef - Dominic Cain is a qualified chef with over 24 years experience in the hospitality industry in senior leadership roles including operations, marketing, supply chain & product development. "I am driven by a desire to constantly challenge the status quo and look for improvement and efficiency." There is a 51% chance he will not cook food on the night, but share tasty insights.
  • We're also incredibly lucky to have Startcon CEO Cheryl Mack as our MC! StartCon is Australia's largest Startup conference and where we at TwoSpace met some of our most strategic partners today. Cheryl really enjoys pink unicorns.
