CELEBRATING PHOTOGRAPHY IN FREMANTLE: 7 SPEAKERS, 4 WORKSHOPS, 2 DAYS OF PHOTOGRAPHIC INSPIRATION!

Come and join the Fremantle Centre for Creative Photography (FCCP) at a weekend that's packed full of photographic inspiration, education and participation! !t's a great way to get inspired in time for the holidays and develop your photographic skills and knowledge at the same time!

Joining us on this weekend are Team Digital, Perth Pro Lab and Ilford, who will have a professional print lab on site, giving you the opportunity to work with them to prepare and print your selected images.

The FCCP Launch will be officially opened by Greg Hocking, Grand Master of Photography and Honorary Fellow of the AIPP.

Take your brand to the next level - What to do after you've got the shot - by Alex Cearns, Professional Pet Photographer of the Year, WA AIPP Professional Pet and Animal Photographer of the Year

How do you get your work under the noses of people who may buy it? How do you make your images stand out from the crowd? How can you monetise your photography hobby? With a decade of experience as a professional photographer and a reputation as one of the most successful animal photographers in the country, Alex will share her business tips on how you can step out from behind the camera. This is an opportunity to hear about her wins, her lessons learnt and her advice on how to further your photography career.

Fine art landscape photographer, Leah Kennedy, will share her visual journey in landscape photography and photographic artistry, showing you the creative thinking behind the crafting of her landscape and illustrative imagery.

It's often said that what Kevin doesn't know about sports photography isn't worth knowing. And you'll be inspired and entertained by the man behid the "Aussies in Action" brand. From epic action to team sports -- learn all about sports photography from one of the Masters of the genre!

Join adventurer and photographer, Nicolas Marino, on a journey that spans 88 countries (and counting) as he shares his experiences cycling around the world and living with and photographing cultures and sub-cultures that have resisted the expansion of the modern world. Capturing Life and Real Emotion - by Jimmy Teo, WA Documentary Photography of the Year

Whether you're photographing weddings or portraits, the heart of the images lie in the emotions conveyed. Join Jimmy Teo of Izo Photography as he shares with you his approach to drawing out real emotions, creating connection and photographing weddings and portraits with a photo journalist's eye.

Live Fine Art Portrait Photography Demonstration with Steve Wise, Master Photographer, WA Portrait Photographer of the Year, WA Wedding Photographer of the Year, Winner Fremantle International Portriat Prize

Discover the way fine art portraits are crafted, from lighting and shooting, to editing and the final creation of the photographic print. In a live demonstration, Steve Wise will share his creative approach to lighting, shooting, editing and printing. Learn how a Master Portraitist works and the creative processes that come into play int he crafting of a fine art portrait.

In addition to the presentations, the weekend also features four exciting hands-on workshops, led by the founders of the FCCP and Johannes Reinhart:
