About this Event
The Forgotten is a compelling film about the journey of an American-born Eritrean woman who travels back to the long-term refugee camps of Eastern Sudan. What she discovers while there, opens her eyes to the conditions that these refugees live in every day. She encounters many dangerous obstacles during her journey, but makes it back in one piece to share their stories.
The film as been screened privately through out Europe, USA and Canada with the hope of raising awareness and funds to support development projects in these camps. And now, it's producer's Sabrina and Jamil Aman will be visiting Australia to share the story with us!
Join us at RMIT University for the only private Melbourne screening, a Q&A and a fundraiser.
