Entrée – Kan-kan-kan (BBQ halal lamb) skewers OR akara (black-eyed bean fritters) served with light chilli gravy
Stuffed capsicum with vegetables and sour paprika source (vegetarian)
Main – Jollof rice served with chicken OR cassava leaves cooked with meat, dried fish and palm oil and served with steamed rice
Steamed fried Couscous with vegetables and celery salad.(vegetarian)
Dessert – sesame biscuits OR banana bread served with vanilla ice cream
