About the Workshop
As organisations raise the performance bar to achieve more with less and secure customer satisfaction and loyalty in increasingly competitive markets, optimal performance requires greater resilience. People who are resilient tend to be happier, healthier and more effective in the longer term than those who are not. They tend to react less to stressors, be more energetic and optimistic and be more likely to grasp opportunities.
Jill’s coaching experience has been primarily with executives and senior managers and leaders in the private and public sector in WA. Jill brings to her coachees over 20 years of organisational development and consulting experience combined with many more years of personal growth and development. Her focus is assisting clients discover (or rediscover) what energises and engages them and how this relates to the culture or environment in which they work. She is always cognisant of the strategic and commercial imperatives executive teams operate under.
