The Dental Explorers Winter 2017 (3 hours CPD)

The Dental Explorers invites you to join us at Rydges on Swanston for our winter CPD event on Sunday 23rd July 2017!

We are all hearing about obstructive sleep apnoea as it’s a current hot topic. But, what is the evidence? Can it effect developing jaws and face? What can we do as clinicians to identify potential problems? How do we manage it? Orthodontist Dr Braydon Patterson cover all of this in his talk:

“Orthodontics and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea”

Third molars, hard tissue pathology, orthognathic surgery… Ever wonder what else Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons get up to? We all know OMFS put together broken jaws and faces – but we’re often not exposed to the details of how it is done. This is also the perfect talk if you want to see pictures, as Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Mr Ricky Kumar gives us an introduction into how facial trauma cases are managed.

‘Facial Trauma and Reconstruction’
