Do you want to lead a more authentic, brave and joyful life?

Maggie O'Shea is a certified trainer for Brene Brown's Daring Way(TM). This training explores the universal need for love and belonging, and the fear and shame that can get in the way and keep us playing safe but small.

The Daring Way™ is an experiential, intensive training designed to support participants in learning – in Brene’s language – how to show up, be seen, and dare to risk vulnerability in order to live braver, more authentic and joyful, lives. The focus is on developing shame resilience and the daily practices - of self-compassion, joy, gratitude, calm, creativity, rest & play - that can transform the way we live, love, parent and lead.

Normally an 8-week or intensive 2-day training, this Sunday-Friday retreat format gives participants more space to integrate the learnings, along with periods of guided meditation, relaxation, journaling, resting & lots of time for walking the beaches and bush-trails, all the while immersed in the stunning and healing natural beauty of Wilson’s Promontory.
