YOU'RE INVITED TO THE COOKS CO-OP SPRING SERIES 2017

Following the success of the Winter Series, Marty and his team are delighted to release a Spring Series in 2017.

Teaming up with some close friends and industry greats, these events will showcase the incredible Hawkesbury and it’s produce.

The stellar line up of collaborative lunches includes:

September 24: Alex Herbert (Birdcowfish)

Join Alex and Marty cooking on the fire pit with chooks on chains, teamed with heaps of spring greens, Hawkesbury squid with young garlic and the best baked cheesecake for dessert. Matching NSW Wines, yum!

October 22: Alessandro Pavoni (Ormeggio) and Giovanni Pilu (Pilu)

Join Alex, Gio and Marty for an Italian feast of Pasta, a Brescia style Meat fest and a great tasting of Italian Wines.

November 5: Christine Manfield (Chef, Author) and John Susman (Fishtales)

Join Christine, John and Marty for a feast of fish from the Hawkesbury and NSW with matching wines from Ross Hill Wines in Orange

The price includes canapés, three-course feast and wine tastings.

Cost: $185.00 per person (inc GST and booking fees)

Each event runs from 12:30pm to 4:00pm.
