Wellington Shire Council needed a communication technology that was going to be flexible but also provide all staff access to communications and resources around the clock. We also will be hearing from two industry experts. Leading the discussion, we have Steve Pels who is the Director of Contact Centre Action.

Steve Pels is the owner and Director of Contact Centre Action. Steve formed Contact Centre Action as a consultancy business in 2003 to specialise in optimising operational, management and technical aspects of call and contact centres, as well as recruitment of contact centre staff. He is regularly involved in consulting on tenders for government contact centres.
