What do we do in circle?

Accepted Answer

Each circle will differ slightly each week according to the moon cycle and season.
You will have the opportunity to engage in some or all of the following practices: guided meditation, visualisation, breathwork, sharing/deep listening, journalling, dancing/movement, lunar guidance, oracle cards.

Can my child/baby attend with me?

Accepted Answer

I encourage you to honour this time for yourself and make arrangements to have children cared for, to ensure you get the most out of this time. That said, children are welcome if necessary, as long as distractions to other attendees are minimised with microphones off when not sharing.

Question 3

How long does each circle go for?

Accepted Answer

We have 90 minutes allocated for each circle, and I do my best to keep to that time. That said however, at times there may be deep shares that require extra space and presence, so occasionally we may go over time. Please feel free to leave quietly if you need to in these instances.

Question 4

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

I recommend taking a few moments before the circle to create a sacred space for yourself. You may like to light a candle, make a herbal tea or cacao, have your crystals and journal close by, and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself. This will help you get the most out of our time together.
