Event description

Description

Do you and your spouse keep bickering about the same thing?

Do you and your boss have run-ins over the same issues?

Do you hide 'the real you' from others because you're afraid they won't accept you?

If you answered yes to these questions, then you've come to the right place. And I want to help.

Conflict is an undercurrent of tension that exists between two people. Most times it derails even the most seasoned conflict-conquerors, but it doesn't have too. In fact, conflict is the doorway to relational depth, peer understanding and purposeful living.

You can experience conflict with anyone. Maybe it's your best friend or your boss; your partner or sister in law. Whoever it is for you, you struggle with them. Each time you see each other it's a little awkward.

Some relationships you simply can't remove yourself from, whilst in others, it's the best thing to do.

But how do you know when to retreat and when to confront?

How do you find a path through the conflict to relational wholeness?

How do you figure out what course of action you should take?

How do you deal with potential problems before they become a huge issue?

Well, that's exactly what we're going to tackle at this workshop.

We'll cover:

  • How to free yourself from tough people
  • A simple process to follow when difficulties arise
  • Why we need to engage conflict and the difficult people
  • The path through conflict
  • Understand your part in the conflict
  • How to shift from blame to problem-solving
  • Solutions for everyday worries, concerns and interpersonal problems
  • ...and much more!

In every situation where conflict is present, what you can do is take control of your actions. You can respond in ways that are healthy and maintain your own reputation, dignity and confidence.

In this fast-paced, interactive and invigorating three-hour workshop, we'll unpack what it takes to engage with conflict so your relationships become better and you take charge of the people in your life through patient, controlled and deliberate actions.

When you attend, you'll find freedom and solutions to the most common relationship problems.

In a relaxed cafe environment, we'll get to work and discover the secrets to having quality relationships even in the midst of conflict.

Join purpose finder and Lifestyle Strategist Travis Doecke at this refreshing, engaging and down-to-earth workshop.

Arrive on time as we'll have a short break halfway through so you can make use of the coffee and tea options available to us at this delightful venue.
