Yarra Libraries, the Ewing Trust and the Ian Potter Museum of Art presents:

The Collectors: Australian Art in the late 19th & Early 20th Centuries

Hear about three prominent 19th Century art collectors Alfred Felton, Russell Grimwade and Samuel Ewing. Living in Melbourne these collectors shared common interests in the pharmaceutical industry, philanthropy and art. Join us to hear about the fascinating lives of these gentlemen who have helped shape Melbourne’s fine art collections and have left endowments that are still actively contributing to the cultural fabric of Melbourne today.
