The Circadian Rhythm Reset is a 4-week guided container designed to help you gently realign your daily rhythms, restore energy, and create sustainable habits that support your nervous system and overall well-being.
We’ll meet live on Zoom once a week (Sunday evenings) for education, reflection, and supportive accountability. Each week builds upon the last, focusing on simple, realistic shifts you can integrate into your real life—no perfection required.
What We’ll Explore
- Understanding your circadian rhythm and how it affects sleep, energy, mood, hormones, and digestion
- Morning and evening “anchors” to regulate your nervous system
- Habit awareness: patterns, beliefs, and conditioning that keep you out of rhythm
- Gentle lifestyle and ritual-based shifts inspired by holistic and somatic principles
- Supportive accountability within a like-minded group
Between Sessions
You’ll receive weekly reflection prompts and simple at-home practices. One foundational exercise includes a guided “brain dump” of your dream life, intentions, and desires, which you’ll be invited to refine throughout the 4 weeks. Private coaching calls and an accountability partner.
