Event description

Description

Impact your customers’ behaviour and challenge the status quo during the next instalment of The Capital Connects, in August.

At the core of any new technology, innovation or development is a behaviour change. By understanding what causes customers to alter their behaviour we can steer this change, design products that are easy to use and craft marketing messages that resonate.

The morning will feature international consumer behaviour expert Matt Wallaert; George Lucas, from micro-investing app Acorns; a fireside chat with Brisbane’s Chief Digital Officer, Cat Matson; and an expert panel of consumer behaviour specialists.

When: Friday Aug 25th | 8am to 10.45am
Where: The Capital, Level 2, 155 Queen Street, Brisbane (The nearest BCC car park is King George Square)
Cost: $39 + gst
Enquiries: Should you have any further questions about the event, please contact our event Event manager Lisa on lisa@brightconferences.com

In that time he has won over 35 international awards including 7 Cannes Lions including a Data lion and a coveted White D&AD pencil. Jason Wolff, Head of Marketing, Flight Centre

I am a marketing executive with over 10 years of experience in both digital and traditional advertising. My approach to marketing would be best described as customer centric with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and customer engagement.
